Lanzerac has partnered with The Fine Water Company to unveil The Library – South Africa’s first dedicated fine water tasting room.
Housed in an elegantly appointed space, The Library invites guests to explore the terroir of water through a guided tasting of rare and premium still and sparkling waters sourced from across the globe. Curated and hosted by Nico Pieterse, one of only two certified water sommeliers in South Africa, the experience introduces guests to the nuanced world of fine water – its origins, mineral compositions and distinct taste profiles.
WATER TASTING
Educational and Indulgent
This water tasting experience is both educational and indulgent and consists of six waters (three still and three sparkling), each selected for its unique characteristics and purity. Guests can expect to sample waters such as Denmark’s refined ISKLD, Poland’s delicately carbonated Perlage, Peru’s volcanic Socosani and Armenia’s intensely mineral Jermuk, alongside South Africa’s very own Mountain Falls.
Price: R350 per person.
