The Lanzerac Jonkershoek Reserve 2021 is a blend consisting of Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Petit Verdot. The grapes for each variety used in this blend comes from selected vineyards in the Jonkershoek Valley. All harvesting and pruning were done by hand with extreme care taken to not damage the grapes resulting in only healthy grapes being picked.

The Lanzerac Jonkershoek Reserve is a red blend to express the unique terrior of the Jonkershoek Valley. This Cabernet-based blend is packed with spice and dark berries. Dark chocolate and fruit follow on the palate and the finish is long with smooth tannins.
Pair this wine with a leg of springbok, filet mignon with a creamy sauce, dark chocolate mousse, beef bourguignon, braised short rib with parmesan polenta.
The Jonkershoek Reserve 2021 is a blend of 43% Cabernet Sauvignon, 38% Shiraz and 19% Petit Verdot. The 3 varietals were individually fermented and matured in French Oak before careful blending and bottling.
